We appreciate lender correspondence as it includes the above information which is required on the certificate. It also includes the lender’s direct portal/email so we may submit the certificate direct to them and copy the owner for their personal records.

Our personal lines department is wonderful, but you can direct personal insurance inquiries to me as well. I can answer any questions (based on your documents) and match them with a homeowner insurance agent if they wish to obtain a quotation from our office.
